Also adding some fun to the proceedings Grupo Rubio will have cars on display outside the main entrance and reception area to the Show, one car will be filled with balloons and all you have to do is guess how many are in the car to be entered into the free draw to win a 32” Smart TV, courtesy of our media sponsors The Female Focus. Its Founder is D. Jose Rubio Perona. Born on 5/8/1938, he created his first repair workshop in the year 1962 in Torrevieja. Due to his deep dedication and professionalism his workshop becomes in 1968 the first official service of seat in the region.
In 1985 took place the union to the Volkswagen Group.
In 1990 together with his children: Jose, Dolores and Conchita, Jose Rubio Perona opened the doors of new Volkswagen Official Service-Rubio Movil.
In 1991 the management of the group has been delegated to the daughter of Jose- Conchita Rubio (Current Manager of the Group).
In 1992 starts running Consulting “Acequión”.
In 1994 the new Official Service of Seat, Rubio Motor, has been inaugurated for Torrevieja and region.
In 2003 the new branch of Rubio Movil has been opened in Orihuela region.
In 2004 has been created the new Skoda branch, Rubio mar, for Torrevieja and region.
In 2010 used Vehicles Center has been founded.
In 2012 the “CRM department” has been integrated into consulting “Acequión”
In 2013 opens the New Grupo Rubio e-bikes, Electric Bikes, Motos and other Electric Vehicles for Torrevieja area.
