In March 2011, Obsidian Retreat was set up by husband and wife team, Andrew and Carol West.
It very quickly became a leader in the field of weight loss and type 2 diabetes reversal in Europe.
Over the past 4 years, Obsidian has gained many accolades both from obtaining the coveted endorsement of the PCRM (Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine) to continuous winner of Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor.
The Obsidian Wellness Centre maintains a core programme which has helped over 6000 people achieve results and continues to be a “home away from home” for guests. The centre boasts refurbished accommodation and luxury beds, medical facilities, beauty treatment centre, relaxing communal areas, extended mindset coaching and much, much more.
Located in the hills of the Costa Blanca, surrounded by nearby mountains and beautiful coastline, the centre is a place to escape and recuperate. Rooms vary from private suites with their own courtyard terrace and lounge area to comfortable shared rooms, enabling guests of all budgets to benefit from the programme.
